If you used the default directory then it should be located at
C:\\Program Files\\PostgreSQL\\[b:3aaaf1ce43]8.1[/b:3aaaf1ce43]\\lib\\ms\\

If that doesn't help, do a file search for LIBPQ.LIB

Is there any issue with using MySQL, or do we absolutely need to use PostgreSQL?

I'm already using MySQL for 4 other DB's ..I have a feeling PostgreSQL might cause issues with it.

At the moment you [u:1a6dd174d2]NEED[/u:1a6dd174d2] PostgreSQL. Unless someone out there writes code to support MySQL.
