Server-side world representation.

There's pretty important part we're still missing: The world representation on the server.
This is extremely sparse list of requirements we've come up a long time ago: http://redmine.nemerle.eu/projects/segs/wiki/SceneGraph
Scene graph is pretty much a basic requirement to make people visible to each other and it's pretty high time to work on this part ;)

Maybe we should look into Multiverse's source for inspiration ? Thoughts ?
