soloing i think tanks r best but for pvp controller or blaster, and perfect if both together

Hi Progboy

I want to ask you what's the best power pool for a scrapper ...
I want to take Speed + Jump for travel (not fly because it's not really RP (a flying scrapper ... lol)), and Fitness for health and stamina ...

This is a good choice ? and what can i take for a 4th power pool ?

MA are fucking deadly in PvP if you build them correct.
I had this women chassing me all over the zone awhile ago, name was CreyAgent006 I think, anyways she would stun me every chance she would get and then dead some heavy damage. I was a stalker just so you know.

My Elec/Elec blaster can solo no problem... i just like teams but whenever i cant get one im soloing

If you guys are looking for builds.....why not use Hero Planner? Or if your looking for one that does both heoes and villains. I suggest CoH/CoV Character Planner, since it's the only one I could find that did villains.
